Day 1 – ARRIVAL IN ATHENS
Arrive at Athens International Airport, pick up and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Athens.
Day 2 – HALF A DAY ATHENS CITY TOUR (Breakfast Included)
08:00 am Depart on a half-day morning tour of Athens which includes a visit to the Acropolis, its museum, and the Parthenon. Also view the House of Parliament, Memorial to the Unknown Soldier, National Library, Evzones in their picturesque uniform, Presidential Palace, the Panatheanic Stadium (where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896), Temple of the Olympian Zeus and Hadrian`s Arch. After the morning tour, the afternoon is a time for you to explore Athens further on your own. (Optional afternoon tour to Cape Sounion to visit the Temple of Poseidon.) Overnight in Athens.
Day 3 – Starting to 2 days Meteora coach tour.
Leave for Delphi via Thebes, Levadia, and the picturesque village of Arachova, on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, arrive in Delphi and visit the Archaeological Site. After the visit depart for Kalambaka, passing through picturesque villages and towns of Central Greece. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4 – Meteora coach tour. Return to Athens.
Visit Meteora and enjoy the unique and most impressive scenery with ageless Monasteries, containing priceless historical and religious treasures, standing between earth and sky atop huge rocks. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, and Thermopylae (a short stop to see across the road Leonida's Monument), and arrive in Athens early in the evening.
Please ladies for the visit to the Monastery you need a skirt and the gentlemen's long trousers.
Day 5 – FERRY TO MYKONOS (Breakfast Included)
(05:30 am pick up) Transfer to Piraeus Port for departure by morning ferry to Mykonos at 07:15 a.m. 11:00 a.m. arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel with afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Mykonos.
Day 6 – DAY AT LEISURE IN MYKONOS (Breakfast Included)
Free day at leisure. Overnight in Mykonos.
Day 7 – FERRY TO SANTORINI (Breakfast Included)
12:30 p.m. Pick up and transfer to the port.14:45 ferry from Mykonos to Santorini. 17:25 arrival, pick up from the port, and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Santorini.
Day 8 – DAY AT LEISURE IN SANTORINI (Breakfast Included)
Free day at leisure to relax on one of the many different beaches of Santorini (gold, red, or black sand) or explore the capital, Fira. Overnight in Santorini.
Day 9 – FLIGHT TO RHODES (Breakfast Included)
Breakfast, check-out, and as per the domestic flight departure time meet in the hotel lobby for transfer to the airport. Flight may pass by Athens. On arrival transfer to the hotel with the remainder of the day/evening at leisure, overnight in Rhodes.
Day 10 – DAY AT LEISURE IN RHODES (Breakfast Included)
Today is free at leisure for you to explore the “old town” of Rhodes, the Lindos area, and other villages of the island or just simply relax on the beach, the choice is yours. Overnight Rhodes.
Day 11 – FERRY TO MARMARIS / TRANSFER TO KUSADASI (Breakfast Included)
Pick up from the hotel at 8:00 a.m. and transfer to the port. 09:30 am ferry to Marmaris. 11:00 am arrive in Marmaris, pick up from the port, and 3 hours private drive to Kusadasi. Arrive in Kusadasi, check in to the hotel, and overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 12 – EPHESUS TOUR (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
09:15 am Pick up from the reception and depart for the tour. Visiting the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Following this, we will make our way to Ephesus which was one of the most important cultural centers of the ancient world. Visiting Ephesus ruins, Odeon, Celcus Library, and the Theatre which is still in use today for concerts. As we walk through this ancient site you will notice the streets paved with marble which gives a hint to this city`s great wealth many years ago. Our last stop is the House of Virgin Mary where it is believed that she arrived with Saint John 4-6 years after the death of Christ and spent her final days. Return back to the hotel around 5:00 p.m. Overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 13 – PAMUKKALE TOUR (Breakfast & Lunch Included) – 3-hour drive to Pamukkale.
Around 08:00 am (may change) pick up from the reception and depart for the tour (3-hour drive). Visiting Pamukkale "Cotton Castle", once known as Hierapolis, famous for healing thermal/ mineral baths and beautiful snow-white "petrified waterfalls". After lunch, visit Hierapolis, including the magnificently preserved Necropolis, the Main Street and Gates, the Thermal Baths, the Devil`s Hole, and the Masterpiece Theatre. At the end of the tour transfer to Denizli airport. Flight to Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 14 – END OF THE TOUR (Breakfast Included)
Pick up 5 hours before your international flight and transfer to the airport. Have a safe trip back home!
