DAY 1: ATHENS
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed to Athens. After the meeting, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.
DAY 2: ATHENS (B)
This morning, an expert guide will lead you through a morning sightseeing tour to explore the treasures of Athens. Highlights include the Panathenaic Stadium, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament, the Memorial of the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, and Constitution Square (Syntagma). The tour continues with a visit to the Acropolis, symbolizing democracy, education, and inspiration. The excursion concludes with a visit to the Acropolis Museum (entrance fees included). The afternoon is free for leisure.
DAY 3: ATHENS / AEGINA - POROS - HYDRA (B/L)
After breakfast, you will be transported to the port for a full-day cruise exploring the islands of the Saronic Gulf. The itinerary includes Hydra, known for its historical monuments and waterfront; Poros Island, where you can enjoy breathtaking views from the Clock Tower; and Aegina, the largest of the three islands. Lunch will be served on board, and the day will conclude with a traditional Greek folk show as the ship returns to Athens.
DAY 4: ATHENS / DELPHI (B/L)
Following breakfast, a bus will pick you up for a day tour to Delphi (entrance fees included). Delphi, once home to the famous oracle of ancient Greece, is situated on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. Explore the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythius, marvel at the Treasury of the Athenians, the Theatre, the Stadium, and the Museum featuring notable statues, including the Charioteer dated from 475 B.C. Lunch will be enjoyed in the picturesque village of Delphi, and the return to Athens is scheduled for the late evening.
DAY 5: ATHENS / AIRPORT (B)
On this day, you will be transferred to Athens airport according to your flight departure time, carrying with you the wonderful memories of Greek attractions in your "luggage."
