The last and perhaps the most important site in Selcuk is the great Temple of Artemis (Diana), one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The Ephesus Artemis was a goddess of fertility, often pictured as draped with eggs or multiple breasts, symbols of fertility, from her waist to her shoulders. After you have taken in the sights, your Ephesus Tour guide will give you approximately one hour of free time to stroll at your leisure or relax and have some refreshments in the cafeteria.
